Overview Susquehanna participates in millions of trades on exchanges around the world every day. This is where our Operations team comes in. . . As an Operations intern, you will be working closely with the trading desks and other teams that support our trading businesses. Throughout the ten-week internship, you will work on a variety of analytical projects that impact multiple areas of the business and introduce you to current challenges facing our industry. Past projects include trading and profit + loss analytics, automation of operational processes, and research of new business opportunities. . . Students pursuing a degree in Finance, Math, Computer Science or a related major with intention to graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree within one year of the internship program . Candidates with an advanced knowledge of Excel, as well as experience with Python, HTML, VBA or SQL preferred . Ability to collaborate with a team while having the confidence to work independently . Candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit who are flexible and have a commitment to innovation . Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment .
